“I have been a longtime listener of the “OG” BiggerPockets podcast. They have great content but some of it is too advanced for those of us just starting out. BiggerPockets Rookie is a great place for newbie investors looking for fresh, realistic advice and information about real estate investing. The first episode was very relatable in that the guests were normal people investing in a normal demographic area. These were not high income earners investing in a very low cost rural area but an average working family investing outside of Philadelphia. I look forward to many more episodes!”
