“I love Ken’s straightforward advice as an expert in his field while remaining full of humility and encouragement. He’s got a really friendly and enthusiastic personality and he makes investing & real estate strategies very simple and plain.
I’ve been listening to the podcast for a long time now and it did take time to adjust to having a co-host. There were lots of times where the Danille’s voice is so much louder and higher pitched and it felt jarring to listen to. I’m not a fan of the small talk that seems almost too personal like they’re talking about an inside joke that no one else is involved with. We get it: you’re a married couple and you do things on your personal time, cool & listeners would love to hear about your personal life that is relevant to entrepreneurship or real estate strategies.
