Resonating and reflecting
I came across Nicole’s podcast through an interview she had on a different podcast (Running On Om). Hearing her talk about working out her own issues, whether they were in the past or even ongoing, I felt like I wanted more of this kind of “real talk” and that is exactly what she provides consistently. Even though the guests are diverse and have so many different passions and backgrounds, something each person says resonates with me and has made me want to write down their golden nuggets of advice to recall later. I’ve been struggling with discovering my own path and deciphering the journey of being an injured athlete…so listening to podcasts like Real Talk really helps me to make more sense of it all. Thanks!

Like two friends chatting over coffee. Real people having real, sometimes hard conversations. Nicole is amazing and her guest are so dynamic and cover a huge spectrum of areas. I love the long format and at the end find that I am wanting to know more!
