“This pains me to write as I was a big fan and supporter of this podcast, and have been with them since the beginning. But lately, it almost feels like they are running out of educational topics. They spent some episodes talking some things that happened to their properties - but did not spend any time discussing what they were doing, options - you know, real estate education things. The final straw for me though was when the show became politic and talked about universal health care and how it wouldn’t work and didn’t understand why someone would want it. How about that it works in other countries? How about that - in the hands of private insurers - health care costs have skyrocketed and have become out of reach for the poor? And yes - as someone who was uninsured and unable to afford basic health care, this is a topic that strikes close to home for me. It’d even be one thing if it was the guest - but Kathy egged him on and even said, “I completely agree.” I am appreciative of the more educational episodes but if I wanted to listen to politics, I would turn on cnn or fox news. Sadly, I am Unsubscribing.”
