Description
This episode is all about mindset. Straight out of the gates, I thought I was in a motivational keynote address with Jamie Usher. Based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Jamie experienced an unexpected eye condition in 2010, leading to a 90% loss of eyesight. Despite this, Jamie previously ran a successful business as a tradesman. With a profound interest in psychology, Jamie pursued studies in BPsychSc, Psych (Hons), and is now in the final stage of becoming a registered psychologist. Through coaching and therapy, Jamie helps clients overcome self-imposed barriers, release emotional burdens, and reframe past trauma. By supporting clients in achieving their goals, Jamie promotes greater fulfilment and happiness. Jamie reasons with me about the tools needed to change your thinking and what practice and disciplines are needed to get after what you want. Find out more about the mind tradie here.
