Hanah is a full-time Fitness Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and a 1st Phorm Elite Athlete. Growing up in Indiana, Hanah was a multi-sport athlete and competed in bodybuilding and CrossFit. In 2014, Hanah dropped out of college and started her journey as a Fitness and Nutrition Coach. She believes that being healthy is a well-balanced lifestyle and is on a mission to help people become the best versions of themselves.
