Part 2 The Future of Youth with Nourhan & Iman, Youth Future Foresight Fellows at UNICEF
Description
Continuing on from our previous episode with Ricardo, we sit down with two more UNICEF fellows, Norhan and Iman, who co-created the Youth Future Foresights Playbook. Both share some great insights into the challenge of putting such a mammoth project together and how diverse perspectives of youth in North Africa and Sub Saharan Africa are incorporated. This groundbreaking initiative has been created to build youth engagement capacities, to find tangible opportunities for meaningful youth engagement, and to inspire young people. It is also intended for those who work with young people, to not only embrace foresight methods and tools but to make them accessible, thereby fostering a collaborative environment where youth are engaged as equal partners in shaping all our futures.
This episode was recorded at the Dubai Future Forum, the world’s largest gathering of futurists organized by Dubai Future Foundation. Gathering more than 2,500 global experts from diverse future-focused fields at the Museum of the Future to discuss the most pressing matters that shape tomorrow.
