Reframe
Hi Jenna. I always appreciate your thoughts and interests. I love hearing you on your podcast and often crave your guidance when it has been a while since the podcast has been updated. I hope the upcoming episodes will focus on human design and incorporate your knowledge in that respect more than the most recent episode. For example hearing your guidance on the medical medium information for each of the digestion types would have been interesting. Personally, with hot food digestion, raw fruits and vegetables and pressed juices only feel energetically correct in specific situations such as in the hot summer or in a very warm climate (vacation for me since I live in the mountains). Luckily I don’t have any symptoms and I eat intuitively,so my biggest take away from this episode is to monitor any reactions that come up from foods that could be feeding viruses. But all this is kind of a long way to say that I miss your human design insights and episodes that center around human design. All love.

Jenna’s podcast has great info and I’m super intrigued by her knowledge, but I can’t get through 5 minutes of the podcast now that the episodes are longer and featuring a guest. The “mmmm” and “mmhmm” interjections every three words her guest speaks are incredibly distracting and annoying.

So excited to learn even more about Human Design through this podcast. Jenna makes the concepts so actionable. Love the idea of reframing things and finding the 0.1 improvement. It really makes a difference!

Could listen to her all day. Fun idea to do these short digestible episodes, too!
