“I admire Jackie and Joy and I love this podcast. BUT the technical issues really hurt the podcast and cause listeners to stop listening. The audio issues are consistent but the latest episode was unbearable. It was obvious that Jackie’s microphone was off for the entire podcast... how did you not know?
I understand that mistakes can happen but this is not the first time.
Advice to the producer: please check microphones and have a test run before recording the live show.
I will continue to support this podcast and I really hope the technical issues improve.”
