This innovative program is a collaboration between TTUHSC El Paso and the El Paso County Attorney's Office that embeds forensic psychiatry residents in the justice system with the goal of improving access to mental health care and decreasing incarceration rates, leading to better overall outcomes for justice-involved individuals with mental illness.
