Feels Like Old Times!
Adam and his friends are hilarious and off the cuff. His passion (and pain) is right there on his sleeve and he has a formula that is consistent and interactive. It literally feels like you’re in the room with him and just shooting the breeze about your favorite video games from back in the day. Following his social media and if possible spending the $2 a month to get access to all the Patreon perks is a huge recommendation from me because then you get shout outs on the podcasts and have comments read on the show creating a truly interactive experience. If you do make the leap for the social media and Patreon follow ups, never sleep on that long intro because the conversations are interesting and that Play One, Remake One, Erase One segment is so much fun. Adam often trips up which just adds to the comedic affect. Repeating multiple food related phrases such as “Meat on the Bone” or stopping to acknowledge when his voice cracks just makes you giggle. These podcasts are also in the sweet spot time frame of a couple hours or can be divided into skipping the intro to enjoy the show of skipping the show to enjoy the intro. No matter how you choose to digest your Remember the Game, know that he’s left his entire back catalog open to enjoy and has a mountain of great games he has already reviewed and so much more is to come. Can’t recommend the show enough. Massive fan.

Canadian comic Adam Blank does a great job of reminding us of the games we grew up with in the 80's, 90's and early 00's - we arent talking in-depth reviews and play-by-plays, but...Read full review »

This guy really makes my nostalgia fix fun and entertaining. He never gets boring like some other retro podcasts. Had to edit this after listening to the WCW/NWO revenge episode. Bret Hart sucks!!! Your wrestling takes are terrible. Thank god this is a game podcast and not a wrestling podcast.

I love this podcast. As a retro gamer enthusiast, I enjoy playing video games from my younger days but often find it difficult due to work schedule. So this is a great way to time save and end each day catching up on episodes and reliving the good memories. Keep up the great work Adam!
