What does it mean to love God? And how can we know that we love Him? Unlike the common perception of love, as merely a feeling, the reality is love is more than just an emotion. In today’s passage, we hear Jesus clearly explain what Love for Him truly entails: Through this talk, which continues through the book of John, we are reminded of how Jesus demonstrated the true definition of love, and encouraged to recognize the true meaning and immense benefit of loving Christ.
