Third Coast is excellent
The podcasts from Third Coast International Audio Festival are consistently some of the best radio I have heard. High quality productions, very interesting themes and stories, always entertaining. It is at the same level as one of my other favorites, This American Life. This show has also introduced me to other neat radio shows, like Sherwin Sleeves. The name is kind of confusing though. Festivals are usually one-time events, but not this one, and they also call themselves Re:Sound. Oh well, the show is great in spite of the name(s).

This is the worst cover art for a podcast I have ever seen.

I love everything about this podcast but the pigeon logo. Great variety of stories and found sound, both historic and current. Love the events 3rd coast puts on as well, so glad they're in Chicago. Very excited to hear from the short docs competition this year - just another awesome endeavor...Read full review »
