“Dan does a great job of introducing each restaurant and highlighting the great food they offer but he also does well at telling the story of it as well. Obviously these restaurants have great food but I really like that Dan discuss the upbringings of each restaurant owner and what they went through to get where they are today. Especially during supply chain restraints, it’s inspiring to hear the stories of making it through tough times and becoming Omaha staples. Great variety, even better stories! Keep ‘em coming!!”
