I used to listen to music during my workouts. Now I listen to Dr. G. Not because he motivates me during my squats, but because he makes my session a learning experience through every podcast he has shared. This was one of the first informative episodes. I have experiencing hand numbness, golfers elbow, shoulder burn for the last 4 5 years. My surgeon recommends me getting surgery on elbow. I really love listening to these and learning a little bit more about all of the topics that they touch upon. I love that the topics are always being mixed up and the variety of opinions. I love learning more about sport’s medicine and there is a lot of really valuable information on here.
