How thankful I am that there are wonderful tools to help us unpack the effects of trauma, and the lies we believed about ourselves and how Christ sees us. We are not our shame,,anymore. Your willingness to share from your own stories, gives us tremendous courage with ourselves and others, leading us to greater freedom and integration. Becoming all the more who we were meant to be.
