We're performing our live show in Montreal from October 3-5 at 8pm at the MainLine Theatre. Get your tickets here.
Part-podcast, part-cabaret, and fully gay, Resurrection Live tells the story of early AIDS activist Michael Callen through live musical performances.
“The subject of our show, Michael Callen, was a singer and songwriter who played a vital role in AIDS activism, but has been largely forgotten in recent decades,” says Dane Stewart, host of Resurrection. “Michael Callen saved countless lives by inventing safe sex. He created the first buyers club in America. He fought with Dr. Tony Fauci to get drugs approved faster. His story is incredible and we are so excited to share it with Montreal.”
The show will be hosted by Resurrection’s own Dane Stewart with musical performances by NYC cabaret performer, Andrew Morrisey, and internationally acclaimed jazz pianist, Andrew Boudreau. The show runs 90 minutes with no intermission.
