Since then, he has sold over 1000 homes as an agent, flipped over 200 homes as an investor, and accumulated over 120 rental units in Utah and Idaho. This year he acquired a 71-unit RV Park in Tombstone; and a 12-cabin campground in Pine Top, Arizona. He also received three storage unit complexes with his partners in Montgomery, Alabama. During the Great Recession, Brian made a name for himself by shifting to where the market was going and became one of the top short sale specialists in the country and was a prominent member of the Short Sale Specialist Network.
