Essential
The knowledge shared among these 8 or 9 guys is one of the main pulls for this show, but really it’s how the guys open open up about their experiences over the years with various computers, consoles and arcades. Where and how they played tends to open up your own memories of those bygone times. Also the(usually long) time the shows run to - really good for a deep dive retrospective, where most of the things you’d hope get mentioned, do. Long may it continue.

The show has a feel good vibe - like it's two good friends just shooting the breeze and discussing their hobby - which makes it very enjoyable to listen to.Read full review »

A good accompaniment to the Retro Asylum podcast, RGDS covers a wide range of consoles and platforms. I particularly like Paul "The Drisk" Driscoll's episodes as he really does his research and knows his subject prior to recording. Keep it up chaps!Read full review »
