“I was actually speaking with a friend about creating a retro RPG podcast. After some digging around, I stumbled upon this little gem (which made me happy and a little sad that the idea was already taken). I like that you play through the games, I appreciate all the hard work you go through and it really enriches the show. I do believe that it hampers your ability to put out episodes more consistently though. Some of these old games can be fun, some can be fairly boring and brutal and I know you suffer for the listener.
Good chemistry between the two main hosts, conversation is fairly seamless and casual. It might be fun to add a segment where users submit there angry video game moments. I still remember the block puzzle from Lufia 2 driving me to madness. If you ever need a person who has some worthless Sega CD and Saturn RPG knowledge, you know where to find me.”
