Informative alternative to conventional "wisdom"
Really informative podcast on alternative health and nutrition. If you are looking for why you should follow the food guide and food pyramid (US) and follow conventional wisdom of eating low cal, low fat, low cholesterol then you are at the wrong podcast. Instead Chris Kresser provides information on the latest research as to why you should eat real whole unprocessed food (which does NOT include things like GMO soy, corn, and whole grain bread) and avoid foods that cause things like autoimmune disease, obesity, gut problems and skin irritants. He talks about how there is not a one size fits all diet and presents a grounded view of how to change how you look at the food you eat and how it fuels your body. Lots of valuable information.
