August episode
I enjoyed the August episode for a number of reasons. Firstly it really brought the debate back to basics. It clearly navigated the what and the why of Rewilding for people like me who are somewhat unfamiliar with the term and have mostly heard the term used in policy narrative (it doesn’t get a good wrap). Secondly, the sensibility of the host and his guests to touch upon the fundamental reasons why nature is so important to human beings, really struck a chord with me. I grew up in Somerset and after being exposed to grief for the first time over covid, I’m not sure how I would have coped without nature holding my hand. A basic right we should all have, not a privilege. Thank you for cutting through the noise. Looking forward to season 2

This Pod covers a really interesting variety of projects. Really well structured interviews, knowledgeable and passionate guests. I regularly find myself looking up the organisations discussed in the episode to find out more about what they’re doing and the people that make it happen.

I’ve listened to 4/5 so far and learned loads and felt inspired, definitely going to tune in regularly as the questions are great and the speakers so knowledgeable but best of all it’s so good to hear positive stories of how projects are getting the rewinding work done.
