It’s okay not to be passionate
This episode was amazing. This concept has been something that I’ve admittedly gotten caught up in and over the past year realized the propaganda that lurks underneath the surface. While I don’t live to make money, I’m at a point in my life where if I’m working, the money has to be worth it! The time invested at work has a cost: time away from family, hobbies, physical activity (usually) and these things have to be worked around if they are values of yours. I’m currently leaving education for this very reason. The emotional cost is high and the roi is super low. Thank you for digging into this purpose conversation.

What a breathe of fresh air. I love the smart and practical topics that both help me not only manage my money but also really learn about how deeply the finance world affects my daily life. Oh and I love getting this advice from a regular, Black married couple who’s super relatable and approachable.
