Lisa Jendza, founder of Freedom Kitchen Kids, is on a mission to develop future leaders by empowering kids, starting in the kitchen.
A former IT consultant turned Health Coach, Lisa has applied her training as a Processed Food Addiction Coach and Detoxification Expert to teach kids what a healthy lifestyle looks like. Lisa has been featured in national and international publications for her detoxification programs and now her cooking program which is where our freedom begins and ends.
Her cooking classes teach courage, confidence, creativity, and critical thinking while building community. Teaching both in-person classes, as well as online classes, she is bringing kids together in the kitchen around the country.
She actively speaks to professional audiences and is uniquely experienced to lead the way for a new food system with a keen eye on food security, while contributing to the growth of future leaders inspiring them to not only cook, but grow food, as well.
