Ms Owen starts from the point that she knows everything and her interrogation technique is incessant and repetitive nagging until the unfortunate says what Ms Owen wants them to say. Unlistenable, the mystery is why she and her collection of complaint choirs of moaners, whiners and whingers was ever classified as essential workers.
