Veered off course
I thought the first episode was promising. I read a positive review in SF Chronicle and thought the show sounded compelling. I was hoping for more geology. By season two they’ve gone to regions where she isn’t as familiar with the geology, then the wine snobs take over. I’m sure I could get more out of it if I listened again but I doubt I’ll have the patience to suffer through it a second time.

Great first episode! I feel that if you took this exact recording worked in some photography and video and posted it to YouTube it would get a million views. Looking forward to a Santa Barbara immersion. Your Levi Dalton interview is a classic! The best. Thanks

What a fresh view on the makings of a wine. I appreciate your interest and your true geek dive into into wine using your geologic expertise. It’s all about the farmers and their land. Danny
