Lacking in any study and nuance
For a podcast that claims to have nuance, I was disappointed after listening to the Doug Wilson’s interview. Ignoring the numerous ecclesiastical reports from the entire NAPARC world, DeMars simply dismissed what the real reformed, confessional churchmen and theologians have to say about federal vision and on why these councils (probably totaling hundreds of elders and churchmen from various confessional denominations) consider Federal Vision a serious theological error and heresy that strikes at the heart of the gospel. For his dismissal of the wise council of many and opposing views, it is just hard to see how this podcast exhibits “nuance” in the first place.

Sit back and listen. Sean does a fantastic job of engaging in good conversation with great guests discussing things that need to be discussed. It’s heavy on topics, but kept light with genuine relationships and banter coming through. This podcast is worth your time!

I discovered Sean Demars from the American Gospel documentaries, which led me to the Defend and Confirm podcast(which is outstanding), and now here to Room For Nuance. Highly recommend if you're interested in thoughtful discussions on various topics from a Christian perspective.Read full review »
