Listen, People, Respect and Implement
Great to here James interview the author about his most recent book RCM-R and hear his views on some of the key issues in implementing a reliability strategy, especially as I am half way through reading this book at the moment. My title reflects the main points I whole heartedly agree with that James Reyes-Picknell highlighted as being most important; listen and respect your people then implement their findings, after all they are the ones that know the assets best.
