“I love listening to this podcast because of Stephanie, and the stories are just interesting, but there are some audio issues and a bit of amateur-ness to them. The podcast I was just listening to ended in the middle of the sentence… There have also been a few inaccuracies that make me question how truthful these are.
In a podcast that talked about a girl getting arrested for having cannabis in Illinois, Stephanie was asked if marijuana was illegal in Illinois. She said “yes, it was illegal,” which was not correct. Illinois legalized marijuana and it was legal at the time this case took place.
In another episode, she says the speed limit in the midwest was 85. Not true - Kansas is 75 and everywhere else is 70. No speed limit greater than 75.
While these two things are small details, they are very Googlable things and since they are wrong, I question the validity of other things.”
