Ryan Nurse is a Brit currently living in Central America. When he was 18, he and some friends were attacked and beaten outside a neighborhood pub. Ryan was left with a TBI (traumatic brain injury) that left him at death's door. Emergency brain surgery was performed and he was put in a medically induced coma.
