A food judging framework designed for Irish food awards "Blas na hÉireann" by UCC has been adopted by food award competitions around the world. The awards were founded to set quality benchmarks for Irish food, creating a level playing field for producers. To tell us more UCC Food Science Professor Joseph Kerry.
