BOoooring RTE Monotone at its worst
Never break any stories, and all talk in monotone voices in an attempt to sound more authoritative. If there weren’t less ad breaks than on Newstalk I’d switch for sure. Shame that taxpayers pay for mediocrity and lack of actual critical insight. Facts told boringly. Dobson even mistakenly thought the Gov in UK can only put in one no confidence vote a year! Thats ridiculous, it’s the Conserv Part itself who can only do that. A simple nuance. Showing it’s just puppets on air, in ill fitting suits, at best.

The Washington correspondent for The Irish Times is ill informed. I have heard her also on The Marian Finucane show where she was also disappointing. The Business Post Washington correspondent is very good. RTE should pay more attention to the news sources it uses.
