Former Bay of Plenty Steamer, Highlander and one cap Scottish international Phil Burleigh joins us on the podcast. He shares some great tales from his days battling away with Shirley Boys to making the move up to Chiefs country where he earnt his Super Rugby debut, before going on to play for the Highlanders despite travelling down south with the Chiefs squad. Find out what went wrong with the Highlanders 2013 season and what sort of influence the likes of Ma'a Nonu, Andrew Hore, Fumiaki Tanaka and James Haskell had on the squad on and off the field. All this plus plenty of stories about footy in Scotland and Japan as well as many more memorable moments from throughout his career.
