“First of all, I wanted to give this podcast five stars because these practices are greatly needed in the western church. Personally, I have benefited by the teachings so that I can incorporate them into my life. However, episode one of season three is difficult from an auditory perspective. The woman, while she seems genuinely nice and delightful, constantly says things like yes or “mmmm” or makes comments while others are taking to the degree that it is extremely distracting. I turned off the first episode after 14 minutes because I just could not focus. I tried again the next day, but was unable to really hear and concentrate on what the others were teaching, so that is why I gave it four stars. Maybe the audio can be cleaned up so that her frequent noises and comments are minimized? And maybe it’s just my issue but I’m very disappointed as I was really looking forward to this particular practice and don’t know if I’ll be able to listen to it now.”
