Love it. One little thing I’d like to Change
Grateful for the countless ways JMC has been impactful on my devotion to Jesus. One thing I’d like JMC to do is to let his guest speak and not talk over them. For example, in the last episode with Andy Crouch at 12:15, you can hear JMC talk over Andy which he’s done with his other guest Tish Warren several times. Interruptions are fine from time to time but it happens when the guest is in the “flow”. You can hear the guest go deeper and deeper with their train of thought then BOOM JMC interrupts. Which for a listener is also difficult to have competing voices when you have such deep and rich topics of conversations. Overall, great podcast.

I really love the content but the amount of speaking over the each other and interrupting one another mid thought to flex your own knowledge makes it really hard to enjoy the podcast and leaves me feeling anxious.

5 stars except what so many have said and everyone is thinking….the “hmmm, wow, let’s go, yes” comments have to go. They are so distracting. Wish I could be in the room though….so much wisdom!
