Description
The Buffalo Bills laid an egg against the Ravens on Sunday Night Football, and had some of their deficiencies exposed. Big Newt said it's all his fault. But there's another big game that lies ahead against the Houston Texans.
Hosts Jamie D'Amico and big Chris Newton take a look at the game and discuss what specifically went wrong, while assuring the listeners that it's not time to panic. Among the problems they assessed are the safety play, injuries forcing backup players to play too many snaps, and a Ravens team that was just too physical for the Bills.
Where the hosts break from a number of Bills fans is that they don't place blame on the coaches. Despite two specific situations in which coaching decisions went awry, neither D'Amico or Newton believe those were cause for the loss.
Looking ahead, they talk about their excitement for the upcoming game against the Texans. Whether it be the Stefon Diggs storyline or their excitement about watching a great, young QB in C.J. Stroud, their ferver for the next opponent is palpable.
They also pose a question: Are you able to appreciate great players and/or performances on opposing teams, or do you just want the Bills to win?
