Great story, poor storytelling
This is a great story and I was really intrigued by it. I thought that it would get better and the narrator would grow on me, but she really tells the story in a less engaging way. I lost interest after Episode 4, where the previous Apple Original I couldn’t wait for the next episode.

I recommend listening to ‘Run, Bambi, Run.’ It’s a fascinating, tragic case and the podcast is well done! It’s more than likely that tunnel vision occurred on behalf of the Police, and Laurie Bembenek is innocent.

This is a fascinating story but the narrator renting a car to get to a source’s home etc takes us out of the story.

Growing up in Milwaukee you knew where the black neighborhoods were, and where the white ones were. They rarely mixed.
