Storytelling isn’t up to Ballen Standards
I was excited to listen to these stories when I first heard about the podcast. However, the storytelling in these episodes do not do justice to Mr. Ballen whatsoever! The stories seem to include a lot of anti-colonial and anti-white rhetoric along with a lot of profanity. It seems almost like these were short stories written by some idealistic college student looking to impress her left-wing teacher. I love Mr. Ballen’s ability to pull you in but this guy just doesn’t have that ability. Not to mention Ballen never had any profanity or anti-ANYTHING in his storytelling. Disappointing!
