Becky's little-girl-talk shines in this episode of HIMYM, irritating Robin while enchanting Ted.. Marshall tries to commandeer the gender of their yet-to-be-conceived baby.

The male members of the gang are appalled at the salty sailor talk they hear about Robin's new boyfriend Max. Ted is ready to sacrifice his GNB project for an attractive protestor.

The gang races across town against each other after disputing what's the fastest mode of NYC transportation to see Woody Allen at a restaurant. We learn about the frustrations in life they're all dealing with.....in the end, we just get a LOT of Maury Povich.

Barney resorts to seduction methods to convince Ted to design the revamped GNB headquarters building project. Robin leaves drunken threatening messages on Don's voicemail....but in a hilarious way.

While helping to pack up Loretta's house, the home Barney and James grew up in, they uncover information about James' real father. Robin over, then undersells a blind date for Ted.

Ted runs into Cindy while contemplating maybe possibly thinking about asking out her friend at the bar. Robin looks worse for the wear after her breakup with Don but puts the pieces back together just to prove she can. Marshall and Lily fight about his loose lips regarding their baby-making.

Marshall and Lily keep thinking they see Barney's Doppleganger which, they agreed in the last episode, will be the Universe's sign that it's time to start trying to have a baby. Robin says goodbye to Don. Best of all, Ted goes blond!

Ted's on the lookout for baggage regarding the new girl he's been dating and in doing so finds his own in a newly released blockbuster movie called The Wedding Bride, written by Tony Graffanelo. The movie hilariously recounts the love triangle from Shelter Island....this is a can't miss.

The group (sans Robin) get tickets to Robots vs Wrestlers but are sidetracked by an upper crust party where Ted bonds with the elite while Barney, Marshall and Lily make hilarious doofuses of themselves. We also ultimately get to see the 4th doppleganger.

Robins contemplates moving in with Don which sets Barney and Ted on a mission to win her back. Based on a restful Bed and Breakfast trip, Lily and Marshall decide to try twin beds at home. Steve and Jen discuss the HIMYF finale.

The return of Clint is AMAZING. Ted's mom, Virginia, and Clint tie the know which sends Ted into a tailspin, prompting him to purchase a dump of a house. Barney and Robin trade blame on emotional outbursts during Clint's love song dedication. Marshall bores us with stories of him acting stupidly.

The gang and audience are left to decide whether Marshall was mugged by man or monkey. Steve shares his top 10 most hilarious HIMYM scenes so far.

Lily and the gang confront Ted about bringing new relationships into their biggest celebrations with hilarious flashbacks. Barney has a magical relationship with cameras.

Jay-Lo helps Robin seek revenge against Barney's insensitivity post-breakup. Robin ends up on a Superdate planned by Ted. Marshall invents a brilliant new song.

Barney advertises his number at the Superbowl creating a drug-like addiction to finding the next hot girl. The gang has a hilarious fight over whether a rabbit or duck is better.....Robin gets a chance to find out which one of those represents Don.

In a baseball metaphor heavy episode, Barney tries to have a perfect week bedding women to distract himself from problems at work. Ted alienates a girl in his class, Robin stings from being rejected by a dork and Marshall and Lily's personal hygiene freak people out.

A TOP EPISODE OF HIMYM!!! As Marshall retells adventurous stories of Jenkins, his new coworker, most of the gang assumes it's a man but then find out Jenkins is a woman (Amanda Peet). Marshall and Lily fight over which one of them is the reacher and which the settler. Ted and Robin fight over who is more popular with his class.

Barney has to choose between his suits and the new hot female bartender at McClarrens. But really he doesn't....although we do get a pretty good song and dance sequence out of it. Ted dates Rachel Bilsen's Cindy which gives him and us the first glimpse of The Mother's ankle.

We get an amazing combination of story lines including the return of Artillery Arthur, the introduction of Don the newscaster and Lily's smoking voice.

Ted's dream girl from college is single again and he strives to land her this time....sort of. Barney strives to pick up a girl wearing overalls. Marshall gets mopey again that he's a disappointment to younger idealistic Marshall.

Chris Elliott shows up as Lily's father Micky who is hilariously obsessed with becoming a successful board game creator. Marshall offers to give away the 4th slap leading to fun back and forth between Robin and Ted. Steve and Jen discuss the Oscar's Slap heard around the world.

Lily tries to finally play match-maker for Ted but her candidate becomes a victim to a great "play" out of Barney's Playbook. Ted and Marshall torture Robin with predictions of impending romance.

Robin and Barney's relationship are stretched to the limits so the gang conspires to break them up. This leads to a brilliant stakeout scene in a car that includes the late great Alan Thicke. Steve and Jen also quickly cover HIMYF 1.3 The Fixer.

Barney and Robin, in their state of New Relationship Smugness worry about a minor argument splitting Marshall and Lily apart. Marshall gets seduced by Barney's circus tent of funhouse mirrors and flawed logic to deal with Lily's demands. Also, the show offers a new euphemism for sex.
