Description
Paul and Rob - and friends - take part in the Saucony London 10k right in the heart of the city. Featuring readiness - or lack of - further intense July news events, the magic of a 10k, posh stuff pre-race, Euros-watching plans, getting back to parkrun, and of course the race report itself - partying on the course, ups and downs and there and backs, Paul chilling with the elites, total lack of plastics, good vibes and Rob stalking an influencer.
What's more, we've got additional race reports from all our friends out there on the day. Thank you so much to our guests Julia Chi Taylor, David Whitney and Lizzie Pollott. And thanks to the Saucony London 10k for having us.
