That’s where I was when I poured my heart out to my brothers early one Friday morning at bible study. My friend Andrew shared this podcast with me by sharing a couple episodes that related to my struggles. He’d been there and shared his struggles with me. This podcast helped him hear the small still voice of the Holy Spirit in his heart directing him back closer to God. It has helped me the same way! God is healing my brokenness and washing away the shame and guilt that I’ve carried for longer than I can remember! He’s showed me that Christ didn’t die for me to carry my sins around! I AM forgiven! I AM loved and precious in His site! My Father adores me and wants to restore me to the man He created me to be! Not the wreck this fallen world created!
He wants to shower me and adorn me with His goodness! He’s taking down the walls around my heart and replacing my hardened heart with a fresh new soft heart! Capable of loving like a “True Champion” those He has given me to love! Even those who hurt me, both then and now! My perspective has changed! I see them through God’s eyes now! Christ died to save them as much as He did for me! I used to hate, but now I love them and deep down long for their salvation/restoration, for restored relationships! God has given me a soft heart. One that His spirit can work through to be a champion for those around me who are lost and broken just like I was! Those who are struggling just like me! Sharing what God has so graciously given me...Hope! He’s given me a clean slate, washed away and shredded the list of sins in my life! Never to be filed against me! Forgotten! I AM REDEEMED!!!!!.....and Rush is the tool God used to draw me near to Him! GOD BLESS YOU FOR THIS! He’s blessed y’all so much with truth and understanding of His love for us! Thank you for sharing! I will surely hug you both with great affection and love should we meet in heaven or on earth! And [[[THANK YOU]]] each and every one that plays a part in producing Rush!
