Applicable info
If you spend any time lifting, or if you are like me and are in pain, this is a great podcast with a lot of usable information. The terminology gets a little over my head, but they explain what they are talking about well enough for me to grasp the concept. I was impressed enough by this podcast to make an appointment with Jordon Shallow. I was not disappointed. With some programming from Shallow, I’m improving my stability and getting out of pain.

Raw fitness science with no gimmicks or BS. nice perk to have a fitness podcast from people so well versed in anatomy and physiology. From a powerlifting standpoint it is great to have a host who also lifts in the same manner as opposed to the general fitness style podcasts already available.
