Must listen for anyone in healthcare
As a chiropractor new to weight lifting and crossfit, I love these guys input on biomechanics, programming, recovery, and everything in between. Ive listened to every episode like a geek and it’s helped me make strides in my approach with patients and my own goals in the gym. I recommend this podcast all the time to my gym buddies and anyone in my field. Continuing to learn and grow together is the new way the health and wellness field should work, and it’s good to hear where some top docs are heading by listening. Lastly, I think Shallow needs to wear a fanny pack with the tights when he lifts. Do it right. Appreciate you fellas!

Can't speak highly enough of this podcast. Super nice guys, down to earth and most of all backed up with a wealth of knowledge.
