Listen now
Description
If I say "bee", you immediately picture the yellow and black stripes of a honey bee (or maybe think of that time you were stung in primary school). But here in Australia, native bees are quite a different species. They're vital to the diversity of our local ecosystem and can benefit your backyard in spades! Back in 2012, Tracy Lansdell started her journey into the world of native bees. And it's a passion that's grown far larger than she could've imagined. Take a listen to Tracy as she chats with Sab and Jamie about the importance of native bees and explains how you can attract them to your place with a bee hotel!
