Straightforward and super helpful!
Nikki has a no nonsense approach and is not afraid to tell it like it is! She will say when an experience has rubbed her the wrong way, which is really helpful if you’ve ever approached someone like the examples. But even more importantly, she offers clear examples of how to better approach clients and respond in interactions. There is always something to take from the podcast and use later. The episodes are short enough to digest, but full of content with no fillers. Her year of questions has been great and I’m not looking forward to those not being a part of the podcast, but I’m sure there will be plenty of good info!

Nikki has a way about her that makes sales fun. The prep, the conversation, the nuances, and the follow up are all easier to do when you put her methods into play. Love the podcast, you were born to teach Nikki.
