Great podcast for Japanese history
One of the best podcasts I’ve come across on iTunes. The pod cast team, whom all hold postgraduate degrees in relevant fields, are well versed in Japanese history and cite well regarded sources digging in depth into Japanese history, and go far beyond surface level analysis. Though this podcast has koku-loads of interesting facts it’s also quite entertaining and in my humble opinion is well worth a listen for anyone interested in Japanese history, seriously or casually, and especially if you want to hear about Nagashino. I rate it 5 Sakura out of 5.

The authors of this podcast seem to have set out to slay the mythical dragons that are associated with the popularized history of waring states Japan. This is a great way to be introduced to resources (books, journal articles) for your own explorations.

This podcast just covers a huge array of Japanese history. It gives me great food for thought and a better understanding of the world around me, particularly as a resident of Japan. I would totally give this a billion stars if I could.
