This series is pretty good. A healthy mix of an enjoyable trip down memory lane with a view at what current animation has to offer. The hosts are very likable and have a nice chemistry with one another. It’s also relatively short each episode, at most just over an hour, which is nice for my commute to work. If I had one gripe, and it’s a minor one, I wished they used clips more often and/or used longer clips. Other than that, it’s an enjoyable show. If I were to recommend a show, it’d be “Animals.” on HBO (yes, the period is a part of the title). It’s simple animation is more than made up for with the dialogue and characters. Season 3 comes out this Friday (Aug 3), so it seems like good timing. If I were to recommend an episode, it’d be Season One’s “Flies”. Word of the wise, if you do decide to review this show, some episodes have the same names. So there’s at least 4 Rats episodes, and stuff like that. Anyway, great podcast, very enjoyable, I’d give it 5 Store Brand Cereals because my family tried to save money wherever they could out of 5. - Dan
