Tony Dungy became the first African-American head coach to win a Super Bowl in 2007 when he brought the Indianapolis Colts to victory. He spent years as an NFL player with the Pittsburgh Steelers and San Francisco 49ers. In 2009 after a stellar career in the league, he became an analyst with NBC’s Football Night in America and a Super Bowl commentator.
