Where to start in reviewing this podcast. Literally a life-changer. Kelechi’s vulnerability in sharing her experiences that resonated encouraged me to explore therapy (Kelechi even promptly suggested therapists she recommended when I e-mailed her). Kelechi’s style is inimitable. Her range is unquestionable. Her craft is exceptional. I have laughed, I have cried, I have learned and I have felt seen. If I had to select only one podcast to not disappear, it would be Say Your Mind. Get to know

A truly incredible podcast. Kelechi is an amazing figurehead for her community and this podcast is an extension of that. Hilarious, uplifting, challenging and informative I look forward to hearing each edition every Monday. Would highly recommend.
