“Have listened to about half the episodes now and while they’re mostly entertaining, and well produced…Not a single one has involved a scam, other than perhaps the telemarketing episode, and even that wasn’t about how the shady business works, but instead the FBI going undercover to stop it. All have been straightforward heists and other quirky, but not confidence-related crimes. So, while interesting, definitely not as advertised. I like that it has a light touch—none of the crimes profiled are gory or physically abusive so far, and maybe that’s what they were trying to convey in the naming, but I expected something very different going in.”
